Holst Fine Art is a small business shared by mother and daughter team –
Jillian and Sarah Holst.
Jillian Holst has been part of the Melbourne Art world since 1979. An accredited valuer for the Australian Commonwealth government and art consultant who has worked on building major corporate and personal collections for the past 30 years.
Sarah Holst is a Conservator – trained by well known and respected conservator John Perry before his retirement in December 2015.

OMG. I was thrilled with the restoration of my two rather large paintings that had decided to fall on top of each other – the top one dislodging the painting underneath it. One caught the corner of the TV leaving a gash, the other fell on the finial of a standing lamp leaving a deep hole.
Sarah came highly recommended by an antique auctioneer friend AND for good reason You would not know that any damage had ever occurred. I had to look at the back of the paintings to see where the damage had been. SO GOOD and am extremely appreciative of Sarah’s fine focus and care in restoring what I thought was impossible to ever make it original again THANK YOU Sarah MUCH appreciation
